Every promotion we run is listed here, with its dates and its exact terms. When one ends, it stays on this page for 12 months, so you can always check what we offered and when.
Our rules for promotions
Dates and terms, every time. Every promotion has a start date, an end date and written terms. None runs for more than three months.
We’d rather add than discount. Most of our offers add something, like a herb plant, instead of cutting the price.
No made-up “was” prices. If we ever take money off, it’s off the regular price that has been on this site, unchanged, for at least half of the past six months. You’ll see both prices.
The price you see is the price you pay. No fees added at the end. If GST applies, your written quote shows it before you agree to anything.
No pressure. No countdown timers. We never say a deal is ending or that we’re nearly full unless it’s true that day.
Once it starts, it doesn’t change. If we ever end a promotion early, it stays listed here with the date it ended.

A free herb plant for our first seven season clients
The first seven households to book a 2027 season plan (Cut, Nurture or Full Season) each pick one herb plant from our own stock, handed over at the first visit.
Dates: from 1 February 2027, when bookings open, until the seventh season plan is booked or 30 April 2027, whichever comes first. When all seven are spoken for, we’ll say so here.
Terms: one herb plant per household, chosen from our stock at the first visit. No cash value.
The neighbour herb isn’t a promotion with an end date. It’s a standing offer, set out in our terms of service.
